VND is proud to unveil the completely redesigned website for the San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, also known as SACADA. VND implemented an online donation area along with an interactive calendar area. The new site features user-friendly navigation and integration of social networking.
So what is SACADA? The San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse was organized by a small group of prominent citizens in 1957 to educate the community about the disease of alcoholism and to help alcoholics and their families find help. Fifty years later, the Council is still working to educate communities about one of its major health problems—alcoholism, an addictive disease— and is still working to strengthen families.
