Eddie Canales, founder of Gridiron Heroes, has been nominated for CNN Hero of the Year! His inspiring story has received national attention and has placed him as one of the Top 10 CNN Heroes.

Eddie received a $50,000 grant for making it into the Top 10! One of these remarkable Top 10 Heroes will be voted CNN Hero of the Year by the public and receive and additional $250,000 grant.
